Sheekh Kabab
Ingredients
- 450g Minced Meat
- 1 tablespoon chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 tablespoon Cumin Seeds
- 225g sliced Onions
- 100g Ghee or Butter
- 1 sliced Lemon
- Salt to taste
Method
- Grind the coriander leaves, cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli.
- Mix the ground mixture with the minced meat.
- Take the mixture of meat and other ingredients and place around greased skewers.
- The mixture should be 60mm long and 25mm thick all round.
- Roast it on an open fire or under the grill.
- Serve it hot with sliced lemons as a snack.
