Method

  1. Grind the coriander leaves, cumin seeds, ginger and green chilli.
  2. Mix the ground mixture with the minced meat.
  3. Take the mixture of meat and other ingredients and place around greased skewers.
  4. The mixture should be 60mm long and 25mm thick all round.
  5. Roast it on an open fire or under the grill.
  6. Serve it hot with sliced lemons as a snack.
